I'm a newbie.

I'm inserting region in series for a combination line chart...

My Region has two members East Region, West Region.

But I want to show the data for the complete region, what should I do?

Do you want to show the value for the sum of all regions as well as seeing the two regions East and West? Or just the All Regions summary?

Assuming the latter (and that it's a dimensional package) simply drag in the All Regions member instead of the two region members. If it's the former, try creating a Query Calculation which creates a set of the All Regions member and the East and West members, then use this in your series.

It's the latter

I'm draging all region from a cube... not east and west individually.. but when I run my chart.. it shows like this(in attachment)

How are your package insertion options defined? Do you have them set to insert the children of the selected member?

Yes... Do I need to change any settings? I'm a newbie... so might confuse you with silly questions... hope I don't...
