Unable to Load Cognos WSDL during SDK Install

Hi Community!

I was hoping to seek your guidance on a current issue that has Cognos Support "stumped."

We were currently installing the Cognos SDK Tool, and started to receive errors. We are running 10.0., Service Pack 1, Cognos BI, and it appears that the SOAP code is not accepting the port connectivity. We are running Cognos in a distributed environment: Cognos Connection / Data is on zLinux; Metric Studio is on Windows; Using Webshpere (not Tomcat). I'm also curiously seeing that Cognos may be missing code in it's design???

Here is the error. Have you folks seen this before?


This is the error we get when we use the http://webservername:portnumber/ibmcognos/cgi-bin/cognos.cgi/rds/auth/wsdl.

SDK is a special case. I'm not sure how many SDK devs we have on the board, but your best bet for SDK help is to open a PMR with IBM Cognos support and have them open a collab with their internal SDK team.

They are your best bet instead of posting here multiple times. *hinthintnudgenudge*  ::)
