Creating a report with Text fields as data

I currently have an input cube in my model where the users have to enter in a Cost Center in one of the fields.  If they don't, there is a Warning Line item below, which automatically fills in a message that says that you are missing a CC.  If they enter one correctly, it stays blank.

My end goal is to create a validation report thru report stuido which shows all the BU-Store-CC combinations that have these missing warning signs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
