Hi,
I recently installed C8 on 64bit Linux Redhat 5.1 and was able to configure and bring up the GUI
But when i try to define a data-source it fails with the error

"DPR-ERR-2002 Unable to execute the request because there were no connections to the process available within the configured time limit."

When i follow one of the solution at (https://www-304.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21373546) and rerun the test, i get the following error.
"QE-DEF-0285 The logon failed.
UDA-SQL-0432 - unable to locate gateway libcogudaor"

But i have the file "libcogudaor11.so" and all the required libraries. (ran an ldd)

None of the other steps here are working for me..

Our DBA says he can not install 32-bit libraries on a 64-bit machine (which i find surprising, since we have the 32-bit linux support drivers or may be i'm wrong on that connection).

So i'm wondering if any of you had faced this problem before...

Environment :: is QA Linux, 2.6.18-274.3.1.el5xen, x86_64 GNU/Linux
Relational DB :: Oracle 11g
DB Client :: 11g Release2, currently all the libraries are 64bit files

You need 32bit libraries as C8 report services are 32bit only.
64bit Oracle client can be installed with 32bit libraries (at least in 10.2 version, 32bit libraries go to lib32).
You can also use separate 32bit oracleclient installation.
