Displaying db2cli.dll driver manager error when running in built samples

Hi all,
I am not able to run the reports which are using in built packages like go data warehouse package,go sales package (both query and analysis)
when running the reports created using these packages. the error as follows:

QE-DEF-0325 The logon failed for the following reason:RQP-DEF-0068 unable to connect to at least one database during a multi-database attach to 1 database(s) in:great_outdoors_sales
UDA-SQL-0569 Unable to load driver manager library (db2cli.dll) UDA-SQL-O571 THE OPERATING SYSTEM RETURNED AN ERROR MESSAGE(THE SPECIFIED MODULE COULD NOT BE FOUND)

for the same I copied the db2cli.dll into cexpres bin directory and also added the  path to db2cli.dll in system environment path which was explained in ibm information pages for that error.

But still showing the same error.
Your guidance will be appreciated .
