Analyst issue - after installed on new PC

Just had Analyst installed on a new PC (client).  The program opens, but when you try to open a d-cube, nothing happens.  A message appears briefly at the bottom of the screen, I think it says it's opening the d-cube, but nothing ever shows up.  The cubes open fine on every other PC we have Analyst on. 

Has anyone run across this before, or know what we can check?

Hi Bronson,
Certain things you cud chk are
1. Identify differences in env between the PC [with prob] and proprly working ones.
2. TRY to open any another Dcube from any other application.
3. You cud copy the library in the local pc if its in any other shared path and open
4. Is creation of Dcube gives any problem? or only with opening of Dcubes?
..wonder issue with the Application or Dcube in library..i guesss u cud figure out that one.

Actually found it was a permissions problem, we changed servers earlier this year and the permissions needed to be updated for the new user.  I don't see that side of it, but when our IT guy finally heard back from IBM he got it figured out.
