How can I add extra columns and rows to a crosstab report?
I have a column that contains two measures - an amount and a calculated % field. I need to add two columns at the end to contain the total amount for each column. I also need two extra rows at the bottom of the report for two calculted measures

Drop Query Calculations from the Toolbox as new columns and new rows, and code the relevant expression in each to derive your required results.
