Tm1 server login win srv 2008 r2 x64

Hi.

Installed and configured tm1 9.5.2.

When i login in architect the first time i use admin/apple to my new server. Everything seems fine but i cant create dimensions nor configure security an so on.
It seems like I`m not an administrator.
Has anybody else had this experience?
Could it be that win 2008 is not giving tm1 server full read&write to the files or something?
Can also mention that i`m system administrator in w2008.
