Categories Limit in transformer.

Hello Transformer gurus,
on  7.3 MR1 version of PowerPlay Transformer, I got the following error

(TR0417) the supported mimit of categories in the model has been exceeded (2 million).You may want to consider model redesign.

can some one explain what it means and how to resolve the issue??

A limit is a limit. The error basically says that you are trying to put to many categories into the cube. A category is a single value within a level. So for example, if one of your dimensions contains an Invoice Number, I'd say, it's not a good idea to design a cube this way. Mind you, a cube is supposed to be used for analysis purposes. Details, like invoice/order items should be stored in a relation database and available as a drill through report using ReportNet/Cognos8 or Impromptu.

You may try braking the cubes apart using time based partitioning, but I'm not sure what the outcome is going ot be.
