Tables not loading in AUDIT

 Hi all,

I know there are several threads on this  kind of subject but unfortunatly I could not find the onw whaich fits for my situation. Hope some one can help me.
I am able the retrieve data for user session, logon etc. But there is no datafor reports viewed or packages used. In the cognos administration I have set logging level to basic for my dispatchers. Here I see one when this is set to Basic then "ACQUIRED" is "NO" so I did a reset to parent values for logging which brings logging level to Request and Acuired to "YES", but there is no data in view reports. Can someone help me.

Hi there,

To be able to answer this question you'll need to provide more information
1.  The version of Cognos being used - see the cmplst.txt file for information on the version and build found under the ../<cognos install dir>
2.  The database vendor, version and build
The Audit database uses the jdbc driver so the question in step 2 needs to be answered to provide an answer for which jdbc driver is required.

Once the above is defined, then you also need to confirm if you are using a supported version against the database.
