I'd really, really love to help you but you're making it rather difficult. Can we talk about things? What exactly is wrong?

What version of cognos did you have prior to upgrading to 8.4.1? 8.1? 8.2? 8.3?

They are all different. Cognos has no obligation to keep the name of objects and warns
that javascript may and probably will break when upgrading. It is one of the risks you take
when you use this "unsupported" feature.

Tools that can help you diagnose broken javascript include Dragonfly for Opera and Firebug for FireFox.
Both of these are website debugging tools that can show you the css/html/js for the site you're on.

I suggest you work with these to find out what has changed between whatever version of cognos you're on
and cognos 8.4.1.

Good Luck!

Sure.  In an answer as vague as your question, all you need to do is to change it so it works. :)

As Melee suggests, you need to provide examples of what doesn't work, then maybe folks can help.
