Hi All,

I have a requirement where i need to email a report to 300 users and 1 manager. Report contains a prompt screen with 4 prompts  of which one of the prompt is Report Type (String variable with 3 values).

Report type prompt  has 3 options which are 3 different views of the report. view A, B and C and each view shows different output.

As per my requirement , 300 users should see only one view name (option A)  in report type prompt and for manager all the three views name should be accessible to run the report for all the views.

can any one help me how to implement this.

Thanks

kirkboy

Create a separate copy of the report for the Manager, then either put it in a folder with restricted permissions, or restrict the individual report's permissions.

On the user level report, manually define the report options and do not include the options the user does not need access to.
