Restricting users in Go dashboard to 'Edit content and Layout'

Hello All,

Is it possible to hide the 'Edit content and Layout' button on the dashboard in interactive mode? The requirement basically is to restrict users from editing the content of already existing dashboard.If the users have the option of editing the dahboard, they can change the report that is displayed in the dashboard.

Can applying security in cognos take care of this or do we have to do some changes inGo Dashboard?
