Hi all.

I work currently at Hachette UK, one of the UK's largest book publishing companies.  I have been here for 5 years, and was previously a BI consultant for a small consultancy based in Horsham, West Sussex.

We upgraded 3-4 years ago from Cognos 7 to Cognos 8.3, but are now re-engineering our infrastructure.

You will find me in the forums asking for help with an unusual problem (intermittent login delay), please help me out if you have any ideas
