Seeking Admin/Developer for City/County of San Francisco Cognos Planning/BI Sys

I am seeking an individual who will work in a small systems group in the Controller's Office to operate, maintain and enhance the City's budget preparation, performance measurement and reporting systems. We are a Cognos/Informatica/Oracle shop; the ideal candidate combines business and technical interests and skills.
