Access Manager - Administrator Name Change

We have a Cognos administrator whose last name was changed and now they are unable to expand Local Authentication Export Files folder within Access Manager Administration. The user must manually map the .lae security file each time in order to expand this. The user is still an Administrator with the new name and we've checked the settings against other users. Since the user's name changed a new profile was created, is there anything from the old profile the needs to be updated in the new profile? I'm not a Cognos user myself so I'm not overly familiar with Access Manager but I have checked every thing I could think of within the application. If you need more info, please let me know.
