Cognos 8 with CA Clarity

We use a Program and Project Management (PPM) from CA that comes bundled with Business Objects (BO). As Cognos is our standard BI tool, we are attempting to use it instead of BO but are finding this quite challenging.

Has anyone else attempted to use Cognos for reporting against CA Clarity?

What issues are you coming up against?  I've not used Clarity, but if your problems are generic, we may be able to suggest how to overcome them.
