Tree Prompt label issues (collapsing)

I encountered some issues with tree prompt (Location) when I run the report, some times I was not able to see the hirerachy levels.
At initial launch there are no labels in the locations area when hit the refresh chart the ASB label appears

attached is the screen shot for your reference. Thanks for any ideas
