Report Studio Indentation Inverse

I'm building reports using the descendant function to go down two levels.  This is a great tool that Cognos has implemented.

The issue is that the descendant function, in conjunction with the indentation, produces results that look like this.

Level 3
   Level 2
   Level 2
   Level 2

What I want is the exact inverse of that.

  Level 2
  Level 2
Level 3

Does that make sense?  Any ideas would be helpful.
