Users wat to enter data in contributor web window by manaully

    Iam using cognos planning 8.1 version, I have created  C to C Links , My users want to enter data in contributor web window by manaully,if they enter data in one cube (cell )  it will reflect to related  cubes(cells) , so how to  create this technic?
anybody knws pls give me brief  explations step by step

HI pavan

Create links in analyst, do the gtp once. then enter the data manualy , it will automatically update data in related cubes

for eg:  CUBES A,B,C  and D, here D IS THE SUMMARY CUBE

IF Users entere data manually in  A,B,C    data automatically update in CUBE D

Once you create the links, make sure to include them in the update list or they won't run automatically in Contributor.  Don't worry if you don't because when you synch the model, you will receive a warning saying that the link is not "packed".
