Any third party Scheduler tools for Cognos

i'm Using Cognos 8.3, i need to know is there any third party scheduling tools available to schedule a report other then cognos connection /or with part of cognos connection....plz let me know ASAP

you  can use java to shedule the job so will use anyway Sognos sheduler to start job, or there is also trigger, smal application just to run job on Cognos connection.
