Unable to log into Cognos Finance

I have a new user being set-up on the Cognos Finance application and when i open the application from the her Desktop, she is able to see all of our modules, but when she clicks that module, it is prompting her to sign in.  We use Access Manager with single signon.  Any ideas?

changed her lexw.ini file?
Set the accman runtime configuration to point to accman server?
Created a new accmanid and put in the correct OS domain\userid?
Her machine is connected to the domain and she logs into the network (not a vpn connection)?
