Cognos reports showing no data from url

I can run all the reports from report studio just fine. So its not a question of query or data or even report specs.

When i call them from URL i am getting no data in the report. There obviously should be data.

I had just upgraded from 8.2 to 8.3 and it is not all the reports... only a select few. Is there something from the admin side of things i can fix?  something residual in the content store from the 8.2 installation?

This is serious problem since our users can no longer run these reports.

please help.

Edit: i feel like something is caching somewhere... or stuck in the content store.  has anyone done an upgrade and come across this issue or anything similar?   also .. has anyone ever copied a report using the clipboard to another environment and seen this?

was this happening before the upgrade? take the url again from the properties, paste it in the explorer and check.
