Is there a maximum number of drill throughs you can have from a single report on a single parameter? I have a report which has seven drill through reports available by clicking on one link. It works fine for a few drill-throughs but nothing comes up with the seven links...

I don't feel any restriction on maximum drill throughs...but how r u doing it on one parameter.

I have a field called product line in my main report. If I click on one line I want to run one of seven different reports pertaining to details for that item, example sales, defects, supplier information etc...

If I have more than 4 drill down reports, then clicking on a product line doesn't do anything... i.e. I do not get an error message neither do I see the page to choose the drill through reports from... it works as expected up to 4 (any 4 of the 7 I have, so it's definitely not a problem in a targte report).

I am wondering if there is a setting in ReportNet which limits it...

I found  a file called drillthru.xls in cognos/crn/bin . I couldn't find a specific number there but I am wondering if it's somehow specified in that file that there is a maximum number of drill throughs. I called COGNOS and they had no idea about any such limitation. The problem occurs only if you are drilling down to more than 4 reports from the same column. If I create a copy of the same colun and split the 7 drill downs between them (4 and 3) then it works... (but of course I do not want the same column displayed twice)

Thanks for your help.
