Currency canversion in cube - special case

HI

I'm looking for solution for spetcial case.

I have Europe cube with all the countries, when my base currency is â,¬ and additional the rest of europe currencies.

now I need to add special currency "â,¬ balance" - which has different rate for every countries. So I need something like currency rate depending of Categories from one Dimension (countries)

do you have any ideas haw I can do it ?
