Unable to locate list in the conditional block

I have attached the report spec. In page 2 product sales pdf there is a conditional block . When the report is run list report displays.

This was developed by a person that left. Trying to figure out how I can see the list within the conditional block in report design.

I can see it in the page structure but not in design mode.

Please advise.

Select the conditional block.
In the Properties pane, select the appropriate value for "Current block".
