Hi,
We are upgrading Cognos from 11.0.13 to 11.1.7 fp4. We are currently using Native Client driver to connect with SQL Server 2016.
Since Microsoft has deprecated Native Client driver, it seems like a new MSOLEDB driver will need to be used.

My question is: for those who have tested this upgrade with SQL Server 2019, what driver was used to connect to the database server and what did the DSN connection properties look like? Did you have to create ODBC connection from your analytics server to the SQL server?

Checking in to see if anyone has tested the following.
For connecting with SQL Server 2019, I have installed sqljdbc_9.2.0_enu driver. The mssql-jdbc-9.2.0.jre8.jar file has been saved in the drivers folder,
mssql-jdbc_auth-9.2.0.x64.dll has been saved in the bin64 folder, and mssql-jdbc_auth-9.2.0.x86.dll in bin folder.
In addition, I also installed the Windows-Microsoft OLE DB Driver SQL Server 18.6 (MSOLEDBSQL.DLL).
HOwever, I am still unable to test the Content Store.

If anyone has upgraded to 11.1.7, can you share the config spec in terms of what drivers was used?
