When I try to follow the instructions to "re-link" dashboard to a data source, the "re-link" option does not appear... I only see the "properties" option.  Is anyone else experiencing the same thing, or might know what I am doing wrong.

Can you tell us what your dashboard uses as a data source? Is it built directly over an uploaded file? A data module? A published package? A data set?

Cheers!

Just a hunch - but I think this might be the issue.

If you are only seeing the Properties option when you click the (...) elipsis I think you have to do the following:

Obviously you are in EDIT mode..
1. You should see LEFT pointing arrow to the LEFT of the Source name    <---
2. Click the Arrow..
You should then see
Selected Sources  with a + and under that
see the name of your Package/Data Source.

Click the Elipsis (...) beside that Data Source name and you should see the RELINK option.

I can't find the relink option. I am using a Package as data source.

Actually, I do not need a relink but I moved my report to a new folder. It is working fine until I change something. When I delete or add a new column to a table, the whole report breaks. It just cannot find any columns in the whole dashboard.

I've just found it and the relink seems to help. (going to test is properly tomorrow)
