Report Studio: Dynamic apply filter based on logic comparing results of rows?

Following is my requirement

I want to create a report to get the cost of prior month using a date prompt. I want to ignore any prior month that has zero values.

For example if I select Oct 31/Sep 30/Aug 31 in the date prompt, I want the rows for July 31 to come in the report (as rows of Sep and Aug are zeroes ).

Please let me know if there is a way to do this in report studio. Thanks.
