G'day from Down-Under.
Our law firm rolled out EP a year ago and we're working on BI one small step at a time (started on C8 for EP & BI).
I'm now at the point of interacting with the user community to resolve a few tricky bits that strain the consultants and go beyond manuals.

Will trawl the forum posts for wisdom before diving in with questions. Who knows, I may even be able to answer a question or two.
