Jquery in non-interactive mode

Hi Experts.

We are upgrading to C11 and i have some reports with jquery scripts that doesnt seem to work fine in interactive mode. Most of the scripts were working when i moved the code to modules. But some are causing issues. So i decided to leave this report in non-interactive mode. But i am not able to to use any jquery code in non-interactive mode. Is there a specific way of linking jquery.js or in the way $ is used?
