user interface scheduling prompt page

we have an custom User interface that interacts cognos reports. There is a need for the users to have the ability to schedule certain reports currently we have a prompt page with 2 tabs and would like to add a 3rd tab for the user to schedule the reports from Tab 2 drill through reports  from the prompt selections in tab 1 to run at a later time.

Tab 2 6 Reports displayed with drill through links to reports
Tab 3(NEW) Scheduling options for the reports or certain reports from tab 2
