Report Section Headers

Greetings!

I have setup 3 Section Headers.  Org, Domain, and Capabilities.  The issue I am having is I don't like the way it repeats the Section header of the section above what is actually getting grouped one... Example:

Org1
  Domain1
      Capabilities001

In next record Capabilities changes

   Domain1
     Capabilities002

So in the above, I am not understanding why Domain is repeating like that, as only the Capabilities has changed....  So the pattern is the "Parent" of the child Changed record repeats as well...  Any thoughts why this is occurring and how I could prevent this ?

Doesn't do that by default I believe.

Do you have any pagination defined?

If you click on the section header, select ancestor, list header, if you look at the pagination property, is repeat every page selected?

Otherwise some pictures may be useful here to help folks visualize what is going on.
