How to show hierarchy dimensions along with values beside in report studio

Please help me in populating the attached requirement in Cognos report studio.

requirement is whenever user will open the report it will show the hierarchy. Whenever they will click one item corresponding drill down will open means the drill hierarchy. All fields needs to be shown along with values.

Sounds vaguely as if you need a cube, but I'm afraid I can't quite see what it is that you need. Hopefully someone else will be able to help you...good luck.

No they dont need a cube, but they need cube type hierarchy to be shown in report. Means they will open a report not the cube and in that report hierarchy needs to be shown along with the counts.

He means you could create a report based on a cube and some drill-down features are automagic.

What have you tried? Sounds like you need to create a report with columns nested according to your "hierarchy". If you want to show different levels in the hierarchy they are, a set of drill-through reports will work. Those are the basic concepts, not sure what more to say really.

Sounds to me to create a cube and not try to rebuild cube functionality in Report Studio? Or do you want this for one specific hierarchy with a fixed depth? Then you can make a list with subtotals and drilldown do child reports, as suggested.
