Cross tabs and page break

I have a report with multiple crosstabs. The last one is breaking onto a new page and I'd like to disable this. I have set "page break for interactive HTML" to No and "Paginate saved HTML output" also to No.  THe crosstabs all have "rows per page" set to 999.  What else can I set ?
