G'day all.

Cognos Analytics 11.0.4 running on Linux (Red Hat).

I've just deployed some reports from dev to test and when I run a particular report I get this message (sometimes):

Has anyone else seen this?
Do any of you understand this message and can explain it to me please?

I'm guessing from the words contained therein that it may have to do with a permissions issues in the web server.
Error occurs on both I.E. and Chrome.

Cheers,

Hi Bob,

I haven't seen the error previously, but it could be an easy job to see if it's web-server related if you connect using the servlet gateway URL instead (http://<server>:9300/bi) and see if you get similar errors?

Just a thought,

MF.
Meep!

This appears to be related to the other error I posted.
On the report there are six Custom Controls and each is passed data from a query.
The table that the query pulls from was empty. Once it was populated I no longer got this or the other error.
Interesting that the error message doesn't seem to have anything to do with the cause.
