Remove Extra Chart Space around Bar

Hello,

Im trying to remove the extra chart space around the bar (red arrow areas in photo).

What I do not want is to make the width of the bar 100% with this setting: 
               "style":
               {
                  "width":"30%%", ...

If I make that 100% and still have to show the legend (which I do) it looks ridiculous with a big fat bar.

Does anyone know the setting that I can change to remove that extra grey space with keeping the bar width the same and the legend the same?
