Calling Multiple Drill-Thurs from a Chart in Report Studio (10.2.1)

Hi folks, :D

I have to call multiple Drill-Thrus to DIFFERENT Detailed Reports from a Source Bar Chart within a Report Studio Report.

So the Chart has different Bars (Categories) and I need to establish Drill-Thru from every Bar or any other way to trigger different Drill-Thru reports.

I know how to do it in reports but since it's a chart, I have no idea how to do this. Please help if you can.

Hi,

Even in chart its the same process. Move your cursor to the bar and then right click on that particular bar and go to related links. it will show what are the drill-through's present in the report.

In Reports, I developed the Crosstab that allowed Drill-thru to different Reports without using the Right Click - Menu that you
were mentioning. So, when the user selected any intersection of the Crosstab, they were navigated to a DIFFERENT report by
just selecting the Count value shown.

I'm trying to implement the same functionality by using a Chart - Detailed Report.

Facing similar issue.

Seems in Cognos 8 it used to work using the steps mentioned here -

Anyone able to achieve this for Cognos 10 Charts ?

Update - The above link works for Cognos 10 too ( In dimensional model use Attributes to achieve the same - This was the issue with my chart ).
