Hi there,


see screenshot attached. When formatting dates via pattern, apparently using "YYYY" vs "yyyy" will yield different results. When using "YYYY", dates in calendar week 53 (with week starting on Sunday) get assigned the next year's number rather than the running year's. Is that by design, or is that a bug?
