Cognos 10.2.1 Rave error after choosing visualization

I have Cognos 10.2.1.  I downloaded the 10.2.1 visualizations from Analytics Zone, successfully imported my first visualiation (smooth area chart), however when I drag the new visualization object onto a new report, or active report, I get the following error:

The visualization gallery service returned the following error:

org/apache/commons/lang/ArrayUtils.subarray([BII)[B

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
