N/A image across multiple cells

I am trying to display a N/A picture across 5 cells in a column.  I have used a Boolean condition which is working correctly to hide or show the image. However, the image is only showing up in the first cell and then the height of the cell is the height of the image.  I'd like to just have the image span across all the cells vertically.

is this a crosstab or a list?

in a list the default behavior is that it will display the images on all rows.
in a crosstab you have to unlock the report and changed the property "define contents" to yes.
