I want to display the all measures if there is no data for selected month, it should display previous month(or whichever latest) data.

I have Month and 10 measures(A,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k), when I selected month (any month) it shows corresponding measures (in filter I entered Month=?Month?).

I need all the measures what I mean is if there is no data for measures (a,c,e) it won't dispay  measures (a,c,e) and displays (b,d,f....K) for selected month, but I need it should display a, c, e(previous or latest month data) and remaining as usual ie.it should show me all the measures

can any one tell me how to display all the measures(A...K), if there is no data for selected month, it should display previous month.

pls any one advice me..
Thanks in advance

Looks complicated.
I think it'll be user friendly to show blank measures for the month if there is no data. Otherwise the report will have some referred to current month some to last month and even few months back.

Thank you, and shall we insert a sql query in report studio that mean through SQL qury the values are showing, so can we insert this query and how?

Even if SQL query returns values, cognos will suppress them when it displays.
You have to first replace nulls before you use them in the report if you wan to see them in report.

okay, thank you very much and I'll try.
