Hi Friends,

It is possible to have a access in cognos which will be equivalent to system administrator but with out write access.

User should be able to see all the contents in cognos but should not be able to delete/modify any of them.

Thanks in advance!!

Thanks,
krishna

Hi,

Are you referring to content in Cognos Connection, or do you also mean access to all of the Administration functions too?

If it's just content, you simply need to ensure the user has Traverse and Read privileges granted for the root of Public Folders and everything below.

Cheers!
