Background Color for a Bar Chart

I am having a hard time making the background color of a Bar Chart to be the same. I specified the same color and the same transparency in the properties of 'Plot Fill Area' and the 'Background Effects' but it still shows three different  background colors. I have attached a document - the 1st chart shows what I have. I want the background to look like the background of the 2nd chart. There is also some gradient in the 2nd chart which makes the color inside a little lighter compared to the color at the sides.

Any ideas?

I was able to get the same colors (attached) by putting in hexadecimal values but can't get the gradient

I finally figured it out. That being said, most people on this site are RS developers and nobody knew or maybe not everybody visited today  :(

Sorry cognostechie, I for one did not know the answer to your question.   :-[
