Event Studio 10.2 run report failure

We schedule to run some reports and send them to publish on  the web via Events. If we generate reports  manually, they are ok.However, the events generated reports are not rendered properly, it lost the original report fonts, frame and formats.  I talked to Cognos BI help services, they said it might be defect version 10.2. does Anyone use event to run report having the similar error?

Any update on the issue?? I got the some result when attach HTML output. The report generate wrong HTML tag
