Issue with Freeze Column Headings

Hello All,

We are running 10.2.2.  On list reports, there is an option in the output to right click and select Freeze Column Headings, but we are having an issue with this.  When that option is used, the list is cut off and we are not able to scroll down.  It actually cut the list off right in the middle of a line.  Is there something we have not set correctly to be able to use this?  We would like to make lists with fixed headers, but are trying to avoid major HTML / JavaScript / CSS pieces as we understand that those often break with upgrades.

Any help is appreciated.
