Bursting Report to various users

Hi Everyone,
I have a requirements, where we have a report with following items:
Login ID    Date    Name   Reason
  abc          xx         xxx     xxx
  dfg          xx         xxx     xxx
  ssf          xx         xxx     xxx
  gfg          xx         xxx     xxx


Now every month this report is run and meialed manually to all users in data Item 1. The Login ID's keep changinf every month.
The requirement is to automatically burst data, where cognos picks up one login ID from column 1, send the relative report to that specific user and similary for all other ID's in first column, cognos finds email address and sends relatively filtered report.

Send the first line to the email address of abc, second to dfg and third to ssf.

That sounds like a fairly basic requirement for bursting. What is the dilemma? Do you have the email addresses in your data source?

Yes, I do have that in the data source,. But this the first time i am using bursting and need a little help to configure this.I have the email address of all logon ids in my query
