How to retrieve exact resultant member caption?

Dear friends,
           I am using cognos 10.2 for get a report with MySQL backend. recently i faced a problem to getting report without the correct member caption! that means i restrict data using filter for one day report. It display resource in sorting order from the database not for my required data.
Note: It was worked early but few days it shown wrong result. I have to change the aggregate function for my expected result in cross table until it is work fine. Please any help immediately to recover this error.
