Hi All,

I have a requirement like need to have multiple aggregates on Crosstab final total(aggregate) row.

            |     Year        |
            |   Yearmonth |
            |     X      Y     |
     A     |     2   |   1    |
     B     |     3   |   3    |
     C     |     4   |    5   |
Aggre          4         9
           (Max(x))  Total(Y)

X column total should be Maximum(X) and Y column should be added up.
I tried to do it in list but in this case Year and Yearmonth are multiselect so could not achieve this in list.
If is there any way we can show the total row appear this way.

Please share your ideas.

Best Regards

AM

Can you just add a total, then select the cell you wanted a max for, change 'Define Contents' to Yes, and drag a calculation in?

Thanks for the response AM.
Actually i tried it before and again i gave a try and it shows no value(blank) if i do so in that cell.

What I would do is create the maximum aggregate for the column X, which will give you a total row for maximum, then do the total aggregate for the Y column. This will give you a second summary row below the maximum row. Then unlock the report and drag the total calculation into the maximum row. That might not be the most effective way of doing it, but it works for me.

actually we cant do that in crosstab. when i unlock and select the cell value of the aggregate row then all the crosstab intersection cell values will be selected. even we cant drop some claulated date item. it will affect entire crosstab intersection values.
