Block user in Configuration

Hi,

I have cognos 10.2.1 environment. Securities has been applied properly for packages and reports. But still one of the customer is expecting to configur CIO email id. It means , CIO should not receive email from Cognos server. Any chance to block this for specific id?

Why would he be receiving any emails unless someone is sending them? In which case, why would you want to block them? It would seem you are not addressing the source of the 'problem'.

That said, generically blocking email from a particular mailbox is probably best handled on the mail server hosting his email, e.g. the Exchange server.
